Jackson tossed from game by own coach - Pacers management pleased that story does not involve phrases “awaiting trial for” or “charged with”… oh wait…

Stephen Jackson was pulled from the game by coach Rick Carlisle in the late second quarter of Indiana’s 107-75 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Upon returning to the sidelines, Jackson pulled a gun and fired a few warning shots. Jackson later explained that he felt threatened and that coach Rick Carlisle had punched him in the face and attempted to run him over with his car.
“I substituted for him. He came to the bench and an exchange ensued that I thought was inappropriate and detrimental to the team” Carlisle commented after the game
Jackson’s Indiana teammates were unavailable to comment on the incident as none of them showed up for the game.
