In a game that surprisingly required 2 more goals than the absolute minimum necessary to establish a winner and loser, the Anaheim Ducks and New Jersey Devils made their cases for why they will soon be attempting to trade their entire farm systems for Mats Sundin.

In other news, Leafs upper management was heard to wonder “The Devils and Ducks eh? Hmmm… they’ll probably try to offer us a bunch of draft picks and young prospects. Isn’t there any team out there that will offer us the short-sighted quick-fix we’re looking for to get us back to mediocrity?”
